Organizing art projects, collaborating with visual artists, critics and educators in Taiwan.

• Project Leader and writer of  ‘Experimental Narrative: the Interpretation and Cultural Production of Visual Art-making Experiences’, funded by the National Culture and Arts Foundation.   

• Editor of ‘Experiencing Culture Program- Film and Civic lecture’ for Senior High School, funded by the Ministry of Culture. 

  • It was a collaboration between film critic and civics teacher with aims to figure out ways to weave their knowledge into one program. I interpreted their knowledge through wrote a teaching program. The film was an experimental documentary, ‘Time Splits in the River,’ about ordinary life in the era of White Terror in TAIWAN. 

• Co-manager of  ‘2018 Teaching Artist Project ’, host by Fubon Cultural & Educational Foundation.

  • An annual program working with six young visual artists and five social workers, exploring workshops based on their artistic practices targeting high school youths. The program was based on case studies and interviews with former artists who had experiences in education.

Joined the work team in Jac. P. Thijsse Lab

at Jan van Eyck Academie            

2017 September to December. Maastricht, the Netherlands

In 2017, I joined the work team through Exchange Residency Program between Bamboo Curtain Studio and Jan van Eyck Academie. I basically work with the team in nature lab, organizing reading group and event together, and worked with artists. Besides, I was luckily to participate the interview with archival perspectives in its library. Some of the results were research-based articles published in 2019 in Taipei.

Bamboo Curtain Studio, Residency Manager

I was managing residency art projects. For instance: ‘Cultural Leadership Program’ with Cambodia Living Arts, work with artists in residency programs, ‘Green Art Action Exhibition’ in Tamsui Customs Wharf in 2015, etc. And joined program and host workshops in ‘Uānn-Thiap: BCS on tour’ project, collaborated with KUNCI and Lifepath (Yogyakarta, Indonesia), BACC (Bangkok, Thailand) in 2016.
